Q2 FY2026-27 revenue from operations fell 5.2% to Rs 10.73 crore and net profit dropped 33% to Rs 39 lakh from Rs 58.31 lakh. For the half-year, revenue rose 15.3% to Rs 22.05 crore and profit was Rs 97.30 lakh versus a Rs 35.62 lakh loss; the year-ago period included a Rs 79.11 lakh exceptional item. Cash from operations was positive at Rs 2.94 crore. Total borrowings were Rs 44.82 crore.
Weaker Q2 revenue and profit may weigh on sentiment, partly offset by the half-year turnaround and positive cash flow. High borrowings remain a risk.
