Promoter-group firms Concatenate Power Advest and Concatenate Advest Advisory, along with Jindal India Power, plan to buy all 2,646,183 publicly held shares, equal to 25.80% of paid-up capital. If tender conditions are met, Jindal Photo will delist from BSE and NSE. The floor price is Rs 1,119.50 and the indicative price Rs 1,120 per share. Bidding runs from November 2 to November 6, 2026. Public shareholders approved the proposal, and both exchanges granted initial approval.
Public holders can tender via exchange bidding from Rs 1,119.50. If delisting succeeds, trading on BSE and NSE will end, reducing liquidity.
