On the reaction day the stock moved 4.8 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 5.2 pts more than its Investment Company peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Jindal Photo filed the Letter of Offer for its voluntary delisting from BSE and NSE. Promoter-group acquirers seek 26,46,183 shares, or 25.80% of paid-up capital, from public holders. The floor price is Rs 1,119.50 per share and the indicative price is Rs 1,120. Reverse book-building bids run from November 2 to November 6, 2026. Shareholders approved the proposal, and both exchanges granted in-principle approval.
Public holders may tender via the exchange facility; rejected bids are returned. A delisting will remove trading liquidity and price discovery.
