Standalone revenue fell to Rs 4,129 Cr in Q3 FY26 from Rs 4,474 Cr a year ago. Nine-month revenue dropped to Rs 10,802 Cr from Rs 13,535 Cr. Standalone Q3 PAT fell to Rs 227 Cr from Rs 477 Cr. Consolidated Q3 PAT was Rs 248 Cr vs Rs 479 Cr. Operating margin dropped to 9.20% from 16.38%. Auditors flagged a Rs 1,891 Cr subsidiary appeal matter as an emphasis of matter.
Lower revenue and margins may pressure stock; subsidiary litigation remains a key watch item for investors.
