Jindal Stainless Limited reported audited standalone net profit of Rs 2,842.95 crore for FY2026, up 4.9% from Rs 2,711.19 crore in FY2025. Revenue from operations grew to Rs 42,680.22 crore from Rs 40,181.68 crore. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs 3 per equity share (face value Rs 2), taking total dividend for FY2026 to Rs 4 per share (including Rs 1 interim dividend paid in January 2026), compared to Rs 3 per share in FY2025. Diluted EPS improved to Rs 34.46 from Rs 32.91. The statutory auditors gave un-modified opinions on both standalone and consolidated results.
