Board approved audited Q4 and FY26 results. Standalone FY26 revenue was around 2,21,992 lakhs, almost flat versus 2,22,467 lakhs last year. Standalone PAT fell to 6,729 lakhs from 7,377 lakhs, a drop of around 8.8 percent. Consolidated PAT came in at 6,881 lakhs versus 7,557 lakhs. The auditor issued an unmodified (clean) opinion. The Board did not recommend any dividend for FY26. New internal auditor and cost auditor were appointed for FY27.
Profit dip and no dividend may weigh on the stock short term, though clean audit and stable revenue offer some comfort.
