Q2 FY27 revenue rose 11.4% to ₹40,475 crore and EBITDA 16.6% to ₹21,879 crore, lifting margin 250 bps to 54.1%; PAT grew 13.7% to ₹8,387 crore. Customers reached 542.4 million, with 300 million on 5G. IPO proceeds of ₹30,188 crore left net debt positive at 0.11x leverage. Management expects margin gains to continue, capex to stay below last year's level for four to five years, and sees India home broadband penetration at 46% by FY2031.
Strong profit growth, wider margins and a debt-light balance sheet support the stock; digital, broadband and enterprise expansion are key catalysts.
