JITF Infralogistics reported standalone net profit of Rs 29.76 lakh for FY26 vs Rs 16.50 lakh in FY25. On consolidated basis, the company reported a net loss of Rs 2,442.99 lakh for FY26 compared to net profit of Rs 5,750.97 lakh in FY25, a significant decline. Consolidated revenue grew 24% to Rs 2,80,802.29 lakh in Q4 FY26 from Rs 2,26,481.04 lakh in Q4 FY25. The auditors flagged going concern doubts for two subsidiaries: JITF Water Infra (Naya Raipur) where the concession agreement was not extended beyond January 2018, and JITF Urban Waste Management (Bathinda) which is awaiting an arbitration award. The Rail Freight Wagons segment was divested in September 2024 and is shown as discontinued operations. The group has extensive litigation with municipal corporations in Jalandhar and Ferozepur regarding arbitration awards.
The company swung to a consolidated loss in FY26 despite revenue growth, driven by provisions and discontinued operations. The going concern warnings for key subsidiaries add risk. Shareholders should monitor the outcome of the arbitration proceedings and concession renewals.
