JK Paper Q1 FY27 PAT jumps 48% YoY to Rs 113 cr, revenue up 13%

Standalone revenue from operations rose to Rs 1,807 cr from Rs 1,600 cr (restated) YoY. Net profit climbed 48% to Rs 113 cr versus Rs 76.22 cr, with EPS at Rs 6.23. Standalone EBITDA was Rs 258.82 cr. Consolidated net profit surged to about Rs 142 cr versus Rs 84 cr, with consolidated revenue up around 18% to Rs 1,968 cr. Comparisons were restated following a Composite Scheme of Arrangement effective 15 March 2026, which also folded in BPPL and other entities. The company raised its stake in Borkar Packaging to 87.36% and began operations at a new BCTMP pulp plant at its Gujarat unit.
Higher volumes and richer product mix lifted profits; bigger packaging stake and new pulp capacity support future growth.
