JK Paper standalone Q1 FY27 PAT rose about 48% YoY to Rs 113 cr on revenue of about Rs 1,807 cr. EBITDA grew to Rs 259 cr. Consolidated PAT climbed to around Rs 136 cr. Growth was aided by higher volumes and better product mix, plus a sharp drop in finance costs. The company began production at a new BCTMP pulp plant in Gujarat, raised its stake in Borkar Packaging to 87.36%, and issued about 1.19 cr fresh equity shares under a composite scheme.
Higher profits, capacity addition and acquisition progress signal strong growth momentum for shareholders.
