JM Financial reported Q2 FY26 consolidated total income of Rs 1,044.28 crores, down from Rs 1,211.21 crores a year ago. Consolidated net profit rose to Rs 261.89 crores from Rs 232.16 crores. H1 FY26 consolidated PAT surged to Rs 720.66 crores from Rs 331.18 crores. Board declared an interim dividend of Rs 1.50 per share, record date November 14. Operating cash flow was negative Rs 317.83 crores in H1. SEBI passed a settlement order on September 19 closing a prior matter on lead manager role.
Interim dividend and strong H1 PAT growth are positives. Revenue decline and negative operating cash flow may concern investors. SEBI matter now closed.
