John Cockerill India reported Q1 FY26 revenue from operations of ₹8,211.77 lakhs, down about 12% from ₹9,328.67 lakhs in Q1 FY25. For the six months ended June 30, 2025, revenue fell sharply to ₹15,854.20 lakhs from ₹24,035.05 lakhs in H1 FY25, a decline of roughly 34%. Net profit for Q1 FY26 stood at ₹171.92 lakhs (vs ₹122.36 lakhs in Q1 FY25), while H1 FY26 net profit dropped to ₹110.64 lakhs from ₹358.96 lakhs in H1 FY25. Profit before tax for the quarter was ₹231.69 lakhs, and the company generated positive operating cash flow of ₹5,533.37 lakhs in H1 FY26, a turnaround from cash outflow of ₹5,270.11 lakhs a year ago. The statutory auditor SRBC & Co LLP issued an unqualified limited review report with no qualifications or emphasis of matter.
Despite a sharp drop in half-yearly revenue and profit, the return to positive quarterly earnings and strong operating cash flow may offer some support, but the steep YoY revenue decline and weaker H1 earnings suggest near-term pressure on the stock.
