Joindre Capital Services has amicably settled its long-pending lawsuit (Suit No. 25 of 2015) against Kamani Tubes Limited before the Bombay High Court. Under the settlement, Kamani Tubes has agreed to refund a total of ₹7.01 crore to Joindre Capital. The refund will be paid in equal monthly instalments over 48 months, beginning 20th January 2026. The Consent Terms between the parties have been formally taken on record by the Court. A litigation dating back over a decade has now been conclusively resolved in Joindre's favour.
Positive for shareholders — the company recovers ₹7.01 crore owed by Kamani Tubes, though receipts are staggered over 4 years (~₹14.6 lakh per month). The settlement removes a 10-year-old legal overhang and provides predictable cash inflows.
