JSW Cement reported strong Q4 FY26 results with revenue of ₹1,895 crore, up 11% YoY, driven by 7% volume growth to 3.99 million tonnes. Operating EBITDA surged 46% YoY to ₹365 crore, with margins expanding sharply to 19.3% from 14.6% a year ago. For the full year FY2026, revenue rose 12% to ₹6,512 crore and operating EBITDA jumped 44% to ₹1,240.3 crore. The company declared a dividend of ₹0.5 per share and adjusted PAT stood at ₹667.6 crore. Key developments include the successful IPO in August 2025, commissioning of the Nagaur integrated plant in Rajasthan in March 2026 (first North India facility), and a new 2.5 MTPA grinding expansion approved at Nagaur costing ₹430 crore. Net debt stood at ₹3,635 crore as of March 2026.
The sharp margin expansion and double-digit volume growth signal strong operational performance, though heavy capex spending of ₹1,962 crore in FY2026 and rising net debt may weigh on near-term free cash flow for shareholders.
