JSW Dulux (formerly Akzo Nobel India) reported FY 2025-26 standalone net profit of Rs. 19,177 million, boosted by Rs. 18,463 million in exceptional items from the slump sale of its Powder Coatings and International Research Center divisions. Revenue from operations stood at Rs. 35,992 million. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs. 50 per share for shareholder approval at the 72nd AGM on 10th July 2026, with record date 3rd July 2026. Combined with the special interim dividend of Rs. 156 already paid, total dividend for FY26 amounts to Rs. 206 per share, doubling year-over-year. JSW Paints acquired 61.2% stake in December 2025, marking the transition of the paints company under the JSW group.
The doubling of total dividend signals strong cash generation and confidence in the company's future under new ownership. The exceptional gains from the business sale inflate current-year profits but underlying operations remain solid with EPS of Rs. 421 on standalone basis.
