JSW Dulux posted Q1 FY26-27 standalone revenue of Rs 965 cr, down 2.8% YoY due to slump sale of Powder Coatings and R&D divisions. PAT rose 48.8% to Rs 135.5 cr, helped by Rs 55.9 cr dividend from subsidiary and Rs 21.5 cr tax refund interest. On comparable retained business basis, revenue grew 18.8%, EBITDA 14.7%, with 25% volume growth. Board approved 10:1 stock split (Rs 10 to Rs 1 face value), subject to shareholder approval via postal ballot.
Reported PAT growth lifted by one-time items; stock split aims to improve liquidity and retail participation. Watch raw material margins.
