JSW Holdings posted Q1 FY27 standalone revenue of Rs 3,458.41 lakhs, up about 15 percent YoY from Rs 3,007.48 lakhs, driven by higher interest income. Standalone PAT rose about 9 percent to Rs 2,147.08 lakhs. Consolidated PAT fell about 27 percent to Rs 2,453.57 lakhs from Rs 3,381.02 lakhs due to lower share of profits from associates. Standalone EPS was Rs 19.35. An exceptional reversal of Rs 26.54 lakhs was booked related to Labour Code gratuity provisions. Auditors gave a clean limited review report.
Mixed bag: standalone earnings grew modestly on strong interest income, but consolidated profit fell sharply due to weak associate performance. Watch associate trends.
