On the reaction day the stock moved 0.9 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 0.6 pts more than its Investment Company peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
For the September 2025 quarter, revenue rose 177.9% from June to Rs 8,357.17 lakh and consolidated profit rose 98.7% to Rs 6,717.43 lakh. Expenses fell 3.0%, widening the margin. Yet year on year, revenue and profit fell 48.5% and 43.9%. Half-year revenue was Rs 11,364.65 lakh and profit Rs 10,098.45 lakh, down 40.0% and 41.4%; operating cash flow was positive at Rs 7,951.98 lakh. The review raised no concerns.
A sequential rebound may support the stock, but steep year-on-year declines may limit gains; positive operating cash flow offers some comfort.
