JSW Infrastructure reported consolidated revenue of Rs. 5,361 crore for FY26, up 19.8% from Rs. 4,476 crore in FY25, driven by growth in both Port Operations (Rs. 4,647 crore) and Logistics Operations (Rs. 715 crore). Consolidated PAT remained nearly flat at Rs. 1,547 crore versus Rs. 1,521 crore, a marginal 1.7% increase. The Board recommended a dividend of Rs. 0.90 per share. Exceptional items of Rs. 79.73 crore were recorded due to past service costs from new Labour Codes. Standalone performance showed a revenue decline to Rs. 589 crore from Rs. 664 crore, with PAT dropping to Rs. 105 crore from Rs. 168 crore. The auditor gave an unmodified (clean) opinion with no concerns raised.
Revenue growth of ~20% is positive, but the flat PAT growth despite higher revenues suggests cost pressures. The dividend announcement is shareholder-friendly. Investors should monitor the logistics segment turnaround and cost management going forward.
