NCLAT has remanded back to CCI a case involving JSW Infrastructure subsidiary Ennore Coal Terminal (ECTPL). Tamil Nadu Power Producers Association had appealed against a CCI order that found ECTPL was not holding a dominant position. NCLAT has set aside that order and sent the matter back to CCI to decide afresh. ECTPL says it has strong legal and factual grounds. Company states the order has no material impact on financials, operations or other activities.
Procedural setback as favorable CCI order is sent back for fresh hearing, but company says no material impact on business.
