Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
For the quarter ended September 2026, consolidated revenue rose 17% to Rs 1,480.92 crore, but net profit fell 11% to Rs 328.23 crore. In the first half, revenue rose 17.5% to Rs 2,925.75 crore, while net profit fell 9.6% to Rs 685.83 crore. A Rs 79.73 crore exceptional item for Fujairah terminal damage was noted. The review found no material concerns. A Rs 6,555 crore share placement and two September acquisitions reduce comparability.
Revenue growth is positive, but lower profit and the one-off charge may weigh on sentiment. Acquisitions add growth scope but also integration risk.
