JTEKT India has informed the exchanges that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from Saturday, 9th August 2025 to Thursday, 28th August 2025 for the purpose of payment of dividend, if declared at the 41st Annual General Meeting. The AGM is scheduled for 28th August 2025 at 11:30 AM. Thursday, 21st August 2025 has been fixed as the cut-off date to determine shareholders' entitlement to cast their vote electronically at the AGM.
