JTL Defence Q1 FY27 Results: Net Loss of Rs 267 Lakhs After Rebound

JTL Defence (formerly RCI Industries) posted Q1 FY27 revenue of Rs 2,124.47 lakhs, its first full quarter after emerging from CIRP in Dec 2025. Net loss was Rs 267.16 lakhs, but excluding Rs 277.90 lakhs of extra depreciation from a recent asset revaluation, profit would have been Rs 10.74 lakhs. Auditor gave an unmodified opinion with emphasis of matter on old receivables, pre-CIRP tax notices, and Rs 1,186.17 lakhs of investments pending confirmations.
