JTL Defence posted revenue of Rs 1,971.16 lakh in the Sept 2026 quarter and Rs 4,095.63 lakh for the half year, against Rs 357.83 lakh a year ago, as operations resumed after the resolution plan. Net loss was Rs 263.12 lakh for the quarter and Rs 530.28 lakh for the half year; profit was Rs 14.79 lakh and Rs 25.53 lakh excluding extra depreciation on revalued assets. Auditor flagged asset recovery, tax notices and Rs 1,186.17 lakh investments.
Revenue has surged as operations restart, but the company remains loss-making. Possible write-offs of old receivables and investments add risk.
