JTL Industries Ltd reported audited standalone revenue of Rs 1,79,838 Lakhs for FY2025-26, down from Rs 1,91,291 Lakhs in FY2024-25 (6% decline). Standalone profit after tax declined to Rs 8,788 Lakhs from Rs 9,881 Lakhs (11% decline). However, consolidated revenue grew 11.5% to Rs 2,13,636 Lakhs with consolidated PAT at Rs 10,306 Lakhs (up 4.3%), boosted by newly acquired subsidiaries JTL Tubes, JTL Engineering, and JTL Defence. The Board recommended equity dividend of Rs 0.125 per share (12.50%). New internal auditor M/s Vikas Kshitij & Associates was appointed for FY2026-27, while M/s Balwinder & Associates was reappointed as Cost Auditor. Borrowings increased significantly to Rs 20,322 Lakhs from Rs 5,349 Lakhs. The auditors issued unmodified opinions on both standalone and consolidated financial results.
The standalone revenue and profit decline raises concerns about underlying business performance, though consolidated results appear stronger due to acquisitions. The significant debt increase and negative operating cash flow of Rs 968 Lakhs may concern investors. The dividend and auditor appointments are routine governance matters.
