On the reaction day the stock moved 0.4 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 0.2 pts less than its Iron & Steel Products peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
JTL Industries' group revenue for the September 2025 quarter was Rs 429.30 crore, down 10.5% year on year, and profit was Rs 22.16 crore, down 15.9%. Half-year profit fell 32.2% to Rs 38.71 crore; operating cash outflow was Rs 80.32 crore. The company also forfeited Rs 168.75 crore received against 25 crore warrants due to non-payment. The auditor reported no issues in its limited review.
Weaker profit and cash burn may pressure the stock. Forfeited warrant money removes a dilution risk, but inventory and short-term debt rose.
