Jubilant Foodworks' Board has approved audited consolidated and standalone financial results for FY25 along with a recommended final dividend of Rs. 1.2 per share (60% on face value of Rs. 2), subject to shareholder approval. Consolidated revenue from operations for FY25 jumped to Rs. 81,417 million from Rs. 56,551 million in FY24, a growth of about 44%, largely helped by the consolidation of DP Eurasia. Net profit for FY25 stood at Rs. 2,171 million, lower than Rs. 4,001 million in FY24, mainly because FY24 had a one-time exceptional gain of Rs. 1,702 million from revaluation of the DPEU stake. Q4 FY25 revenue grew to Rs. 21,032 million versus Rs. 15,738 million in Q4 FY24. The company also signed an agreement to sell its entire stake in its Russian subsidiary, Pizza Restaurants LLC, which is now classified as held for sale.
The strong top-line growth reflects benefits from the DPEU acquisition, though reported profits are not directly comparable with last year due to the one-time gain. The dividend of Rs. 1.2 per share provides steady income for shareholders, while the planned exit from Russia removes a loss-making, volatile geography. Overall, the results are positive on revenue but mixed on profitability.
