Jubilant Ingrevia reported consolidated revenue from operations of ₹4,38,807 lakhs for FY2026, up about 5% from ₹4,17,761 lakhs in FY2025. Net profit grew to ₹27,791 lakhs from ₹25,117 lakhs, a rise of roughly 10.6%. Operating margin improved to 8.92% (vs 8.65%) and net profit margin to 6.28% (vs 5.96%). Statutory auditors Walker Chandiok & Co LLP issued an unmodified opinion on both standalone and consolidated results. An exceptional item of ₹1,304 lakhs was charged due to one-time impact of new Indian Labour Codes (effective November 2025). The company also completed acquisition of Remidex Pharma Private Limited during the quarter and recommended a total dividend of ₹5 per share (₹7,964 lakhs for full year).
Positive results with margin expansion and profit growth; clean audit with no qualifications is reassuring for investors. The labour code one-time charge is non-recurring and properly separated.
