Jubilant Ingrevia reported its Q1 FY26 results (quarter ended June 30, 2025). Standalone revenue from operations came in at ₹973 crore (vs ₹969 crore in Q1 FY25), a marginal 0.4% YoY growth. Despite flat revenue, standalone net profit jumped nearly 80% YoY to ₹58.5 crore (vs ₹32.5 crore) and EPS rose to ₹3.70 (vs ₹2.06). On a consolidated basis, revenue grew about 1.3% to ₹1,038 crore while net profit rose ~54% to ₹75.1 crore, with EPS of ₹4.75. Operating margin improved sharply to 8.55% (standalone) and 9.76% (consolidated), up from 5.35% and 6.90% respectively in Q1 FY25, driven by better cost efficiency. The Specialty Chemicals segment remained the main contributor at ~₹452 crore in standalone revenue. Auditor Walker Chandiok & Co LLP issued an unmodified (clean) limited review report with no qualifications.
Strong profit growth and expanding margins despite flat top-line suggest improved operational efficiency and better product mix — likely a positive read for the stock. Debt-equity ratio remains comfortable at 0.30, indicating balance sheet strength.
