The Board approved unaudited Q2 and half-year results. On a standalone basis, Q2 revenue rose 16.3% to INR 1,225.95 crore and net profit rose 59.9% to INR 70.4 crore. Half-year revenue rose 22.3% to INR 2,478.6 crore and net profit rose 90.8% to INR 196.62 crore; operating cash flow was positive at INR 144.26 crore. A prior-year INR 12.22 crore labour-code charge was exceptional. The company agreed to buy 40% of Zettaone for INR 189.2 crore.
Profit growth and cash flow support sentiment. The INR 189.2 crore acquisition adds execution risk but may support long-term growth.
