Consolidated Q3 FY26 revenue rose 16.5% YoY to Rs 21,225 million. Net profit fell 45% to Rs 558 million hit by exceptional expenses of Rs 397 million, mainly Rs 443 million for OAI remediation at Montreal Canada facility. For 9M FY26, revenue grew 12.9% to Rs 59,896 million but PAT dropped 59% to Rs 2,782 million. Standalone figures distorted by slump sale of API business to wholly-owned subsidiary Jubilant Biosys completed Sept 2025, now classified as discontinued ops. Radiopharma segment grew 11% to Rs 27,001 million for 9M.
Mixed. Revenue growth healthy but sharp PAT fall on one-off exceptional costs. Watch Montreal remediation progress.
