On the reaction day the stock moved 0.8 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 0.9 pts less than its Civil Construction peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Julien Agro Infratech Ltd has received in-principle approval from BSE for a Bonus Issue in the ratio of 1:1. The company plans to issue up to 5,95,78,000 bonus equity shares of Rs. 5 each face value, meaning one new fully paid-up share for every one existing share held. The approval is subject to conditions such as receipt of statutory approvals, payment of additional listing fees, and compliance with SEBI LODR and Companies Act requirements. The allotment will be made only in dematerialised form. The previous name of the company was Silverpoint Infratech Limited.
Each shareholder's share count will double, which boosts liquidity but the ex-bonus market price will adjust downward by roughly half. There is no cash outflow for the company and no direct loss for long-term investors who hold through the record date.
