Julien Agro Infratech reported Q1 FY26 unaudited results with total operating income of Rs. 2,750.25 lakhs and net profit of Rs. 207.31 lakhs (EPS Rs. 1.05), compared to a loss of Rs. 15.23 lakhs in the corresponding quarter last year when reported revenue was nil. The Agro Division drove nearly all of the quarter's revenue at Rs. 2,743.53 lakhs, while Tea and Infrastructure divisions had no contribution. The board declared a small first interim dividend of Rs. 0.02 per share (approx. Rs. 7.92 lakhs total payout) with record date July 25, 2025. The statutory auditor (M.K. Kothari & Associates) issued an unmodified limited review report with no qualifications. The company also confirmed full deployment of Rs. 2,028.44 lakhs raised via the March 2025 preferential issue, with no deviation from stated objects.
Positive quarter with a clear swing from loss to profit and strong revenue from the Agro segment, though Q1 scale remains far below the FY25 full-year run-rate of Rs. 12,069.55 lakhs. The dividend is token-sized, so cash gains to shareholders are minimal; the bigger takeaway is operational turnaround and fully-utilized fund raise.
