Jumbo Finance Ltd's board approved the unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30 September 2025 on 10 November 2025. Revenue from operations fell to Rs 20.07 lakh in Q2 FY26 from Rs 27.49 lakh in Q2 FY25, a decline of about 27%. The company swung to a net loss of Rs 48.49 lakh in Q2 FY26 against a profit of Rs 299.10 lakh a year ago, with other expenses surging sharply to Rs 61.14 lakh from Rs 12.94 lakh. For H1 FY26, net loss stood at Rs 18.62 lakh versus a profit of Rs 590.24 lakh in H1 FY25. The auditor (CVB & Associates) issued an Emphasis of Matter flagging that fair value adjustments for investments in India Renaissance Fund and Kalpvriksha Trust could not be made due to non-availability of documents, with Kalpvriksha's valuation based on management estimates.
The sharp swing to a quarterly loss, revenue decline, and spike in other expenses are negative signals for shareholders. The auditor's emphasis of matter around uncertain investment valuations adds further risk and may weigh on the stock.
