Jun 2021 results: nil revenue, Rs 162.80 lakh loss and no auditor opinion

Auditor did not give an opinion on the June 2021 quarter because records and confirmations were missing, flagging possible material errors. Revenue and other income were nil. Net loss was Rs 162.80 lakh and loss per share was Rs 0.65, versus Rs 143.33 lakh a year earlier. The auditor doubted the company's ability to keep operating. After liquidation began in October 2020, Grow House Agro bought the company in March 2025 with a new board.
