On the reaction day the stock moved 2.8 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
ICRA upgraded Juniper Green Energy's credit rating to AA- (Stable)/A1+ from A+ (Positive)/A1. Total rated amount enhanced to Rs 4,886.68 crore from Rs 2,843.5 crore. Upgrade factors in Rs 1,800 crore IPO in August 2026, operational capacity of 2.69 GWp with 503 MWh battery storage, under-construction 3.4 GWp, and 25-year PPAs with strong offtakers like SECI, NHPC, and NTPC.
Positive - stronger credit profile post-IPO may lower borrowing costs and improve investor confidence.
