On the reaction day the stock moved 1.3 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Consolidated Q2 revenue from operations rose to Rs 3,446.58 million from Rs 1,458.95 million a year earlier. Profit after tax was Rs 305.87 million against a Rs 184.04 million loss. H1 revenue was Rs 6,358.54 million, profit after tax Rs 640.39 million and operating cash flow Rs 6,322.45 million. A longer useful life for power assets added Rs 195.91 million to H1 profit. The auditor found no material issue.
Revenue growth and profit recovery help, but total consolidated borrowings were 2.6 times equity; new-share dilution and seasonal results add risk.
