Juniper Hotels reported Q1 FY27 (quarter ended June 30, 2026) consolidated revenue from operations of Rs 249.5 cr, up 13% from Rs 220.7 cr a year ago. Profit before tax rose to Rs 44.8 cr from Rs 17.9 cr. PAT was Rs 33.3 cr against Rs 9 cr, aided by no exceptional items this quarter versus a Rs 17.1 cr fire loss at the Bangalore property in Q1 FY26. Pre-exceptional operating profit grew about 28% YoY. EPS stood at Rs 1.49 versus Rs 0.40. The company also acquired a new SPV for a 5-star hotel project in Dwarka, Delhi.
Strong PAT growth helped by absence of last year's one-time fire loss. Underlying business steady with new hotel project in pipeline.
