Juniper Hotels reported strong FY2026 consolidated results with revenue from operations of ₹1,04,768.13 lakhs (up 11% YoY from ₹94,427.25 lakhs) and PAT of ₹14,161.34 lakhs, nearly doubling from ₹7,128.85 lakhs in FY25. Borrowings reduced significantly from ₹97,959 lakhs to ₹66,369 lakhs. The Board approved acquisition of Juniper Hospitality Assets Private Limited (wholly-owned subsidiary for Dwarka hotel project) and reappointed Chairman & MD and statutory auditors.
