On the reaction day the stock moved 3.3 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 2.3 pts more than its Hospital peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Q2 FY27 income rose 16.0% to Rs 456.5 crore and operating earnings rose 15.9% to Rs 106.9 crore. Net profit fell 1.7% to Rs 56.4 crore. H1 net profit fell 7.4% to Rs 93.9 crore as Dombivli losses, depreciation and finance costs hurt profit. Board approved buying Pune South's leased land for Rs 150 crore, requiring Rs 100 crore more cash after the deposit. Beds are targeted to rise from 1,700 to 2,900, with projects due from CY28 to CY31.
Income and operating earnings are growing, but lower profit and hospital losses may hurt returns. The land buy reduces lease risk but needs cash.
