The Board approved unaudited Q2 and half-year results for September 2026, with an unmodified review. Consolidated Q2 revenue rose 11.1% to Rs 456.50 crore and profit for owners was nearly flat at Rs 74.45 crore. Half-year revenue rose 11.9% to Rs 861.42 crore and profit rose 20.9% to Rs 177.19 crore. It also approved a healthcare subsidiary and a Rs 150 crore purchase of 11,452.07 square metres of Pune land.
Growth was positive but modest. The Rs150 crore land payment could raise near-term cash and funding needs.
