Jyothy Labs reported standalone revenue of Rs 2,94,429 lakhs for FY2026, up 3.5% from Rs 2,84,392 lakhs in FY2025. Net profit declined 10.2% to Rs 33,319 lakhs from Rs 37,117 lakhs, with EPS falling to Rs 9.07 from Rs 10.11. The company divested its only subsidiary, Jyothy Kallol Bangladesh Limited, in March 2025 for Rs 210 lakhs, resulting in an exceptional loss of Rs 370 lakhs. Fabric Care (Rs 1,34,588 lakh) remained the largest segment. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs 3.50 per share, subject to shareholder approval. Auditors B S R & Co. LLP issued an unmodified (clean) opinion. Cash flow from operations was strong at Rs 41,213 lakh.
PAT declined over 10% year-on-year despite modest revenue growth, indicating margin compression. The clean audit and dividend declaration offer some support, but the earnings downgrade may weigh on the stock near-term.
