Jyoti CNC Q1 FY27 (ended June 30, 2026): Standalone revenue up 37% at Rs 509.06 cr, PAT up 21% at Rs 87.47 cr, EPS Rs 3.85. Consolidated revenue rose 24% to Rs 508.47 cr but PAT fell 20% to Rs 57.14 cr on subsidiary losses. Auditor flagged two emphasis matters: no impairment provision for loss-making subsidiary, and an ongoing French judicial probe into step-down unit Huron Graffenstaden SAS over alleged dual-use tech export violations. Euro 3.02 million and two properties have been seized.
Strong standalone growth offset by consolidated weakness. French investigation and subsidiary losses are key risks to monitor going forward.
