Jyoti Ltd's board approved standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31 December 2025. Standalone revenue from operations grew about 41% year-on-year for the nine-month period to ₹19,322 lakhs, while Q3 standalone revenue rose modestly to ₹5,313 lakhs from ₹5,191 lakhs a year ago. Standalone net profit for the nine months jumped roughly 2.6 times year-on-year to ₹1,491 lakhs from ₹567 lakhs, though Q3 profit dipped to ₹246 lakhs from ₹291 lakhs in the year-ago quarter. Standalone EBITDA for the nine months more than doubled to ₹1,420 lakhs, lifting nine-month EPS to ₹6.46 versus ₹2.46. Consolidated nine-month net profit came in at ₹1,500 lakhs against ₹804 lakhs, and statutory auditor Amin Parikh & Co. issued an unqualified limited review report for both sets of results.
The sharp year-on-year jump in nine-month profit and EBITDA margin expansion is positive for shareholders, but the sequential drop in Q3 revenue and profit from the previous quarter signals short-term softness that investors should watch closely. Clean auditor review and absence of any qualified remarks lend credibility to the numbers.
