Jyoti Ltd's board, meeting on 27th May 2025, approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q4 and FY ended 31st March 2025. Standalone revenue from operations rose ~40% YoY to Rs 24,492 lakhs (vs Rs 17,535 lakhs), while net profit jumped ~63% to Rs 1,352 lakhs (vs Rs 831 lakhs). Q4 FY25 revenue stood at Rs 10,810 lakhs against Rs 6,240 lakhs in Q4 FY24. EBITDA margin improved marginally to ~7.0% from ~6.7%. The board also appointed M/s. Ravi Kapoor and Associates as Secretarial Auditor for a 5-year term (FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30), subject to shareholder approval. Statutory auditor Amin Parikh & Co. issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on both sets of results.
Strong earnings growth is a clear positive for shareholders, but the balance sheet remains stretched — standalone net worth is negative at Rs (5,202) lakhs with current borrowings of Rs 22,075 lakhs, signalling high leverage. Stock may react positively to the profit jump, but investors should monitor debt levels and accumulated losses closely.
