Jyoti Limited reported Q3 FY26 (quarter ended 31 Dec 2025) standalone revenue from operations of ₹5,313 lakhs, up modestly from ₹5,191 lakhs in Q3 FY25. For the nine months ended Dec 2025, revenue surged 41% YoY to ₹19,322 lakhs versus ₹13,682 lakhs a year ago. Net profit for 9M FY26 jumped 163% YoY to ₹1,491 lakhs (vs ₹567 lakhs in 9M FY25), while Q3 FY26 standalone net profit was ₹246 lakhs, down from ₹291 lakhs YoY. Standalone EBITDA for 9M FY26 rose to ₹1,420 lakhs (margin ~7.4%) versus ₹778 lakhs (margin ~5.7%) in 9M FY25. Consolidated 9M FY26 net profit stood at ₹1,500 lakhs with EPS of ₹6.50. The statutory auditors, M/s. Amin Parikh & Co., issued an unqualified (clean) limited review report on both standalone and consolidated results, with no qualifications, adverse remarks, or emphasis of matter.
Strong 9M FY26 performance shows healthy top-line growth and expanding margins, which is positive for shareholders. However, the sequential slowdown in Q3 profit (₹246L vs ₹663L in Q2) and a small YoY dip in Q3 earnings may raise questions about near-term momentum despite the strong cumulative numbers.
