On the reaction day the stock moved 0.8 pts less than its Sugar peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
For the standalone quarter ended 30 September 2026, revenue from operations rose 21.4% to Rs 19,433 lakh from Rs 16,010 lakh a year earlier, while total profit after tax more than doubled to Rs 2,336 lakh from Rs 1,046 lakh. The EBITDA margin expanded from about 11.3% to 16.9%. Comparable figures were restated after the distillery division was demerged from 1 April 2026. The company therefore did not prepare consolidated results.
Stronger earnings and much lower borrowings may support the stock, but seasonal sales and the smaller business after the demerger limit certainty.
