K.P. Energy Limited reported its highest-ever Q1 consolidated revenue from operations of Rs. 219.47 crore for Q1FY26, up about 73% year-on-year from Rs. 127.18 crore in Q1FY25, driven mainly by infrastructure development revenue of Rs. 208.18 crore. Total income on a consolidated basis rose 63% to Rs. 220.60 crore. Consolidated EBITDA grew 63% to Rs. 49.62 crore, while profit before tax rose 50% to Rs. 34.75 crore and profit after tax increased to Rs. 25.42 crore from Rs. 18.21 crore, a jump of about 40%. Basic EPS rose 39% to Rs. 3.81 from Rs. 2.73. The board also declared an interim dividend of Rs. 0.20 per equity share (4% on Rs. 5 face value), with August 11, 2025 as the record date. The statutory auditor MAAK & Associates issued an unmodified review report on both the consolidated and standalone results.
Strong top-line growth of 73% and a 40% rise in profit signal healthy business momentum for shareholders and are likely to be viewed positively by the market. The small interim dividend rewards investors, though payout remains modest relative to earnings.
