On the reaction day the stock moved 3.8 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 3.0 pts less than its Power Generation peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
The board approved a second interim dividend of Rs 0.25 per share, 5% of face value, with November 14, 2025 as the record date and payment due within 30 days. Consolidated September-quarter revenue rose 51% to Rs 300.69 crore, but profit fell 31% to Rs 24.94 crore. Half-year revenue rose 60% to Rs 520.16 crore and profit rose 42% to Rs 61.37 crore.
Higher half-year profit and the dividend may support sentiment, although quarterly profit declined year on year and the payout is modest.
