Kabra Drugs Limited reported exceptional financial performance for FY26 with total income of ₹93.23 crore, a massive 14,463% YoY increase from ₹64.02 lakh in FY25. The company swung from losses to profitability with EBITDA of ₹5.82 crore and PAT of ₹4.96 crore, compared to losses in the previous year. Q4 FY26 also showed strong momentum with total income of ₹35.52 crore, up 5,448% YoY, and EBITDA and PAT growing 265% and 170% respectively. The management attributed the turnaround to improved execution and stronger business fundamentals. Looking ahead, the company plans to expand its pharmaceutical business across South India and explore AI-led defence manufacturing opportunities.
The dramatic turnaround from losses to profitability and massive revenue growth signals strong operational recovery, which could be positive for shareholders. However, the extraordinary percentage growth reflects an extremely low base from the previous year, so investors should evaluate sustainability of this growth trajectory.
